Paul Bailey

Paul is a strategist, policy advisor, and urban planner, who has spent the last decade working with youth, and designing interventions focused on health and well-being, community violence, mental health and addictions, and improving the social service sector in under-served and low-income communities in Toronto. His work is currently focused on social development, health equity, and addressing the causes of neighbourhood distress and inequality.

Renee Wilkinson

Renee is a registered Social Worker with extensive experience over the last 8 years working with diverse population groups and advising on the design and implementation of service delivery focused projects. Her leading interests include youth development, critically examining social issues to arrive at informed and meaningfully solutions; facilitating capacity building opportunities for diverse groups and; supporting a range of experiential learning opportunities for youth, students and communities.

Javan Courtney

For the past eight years, Javan has worked on redeveloping mixed-income housing in Toronto.

He supports organizations with public consultation programs, community benefits, and social development planning.

Nicola Dove

Nicola Dove is a doctoral student in the Faculty of Education at York University. She engages in interdisciplinary work, as her research interests center around issues of race, gender and education. She has been involved with numerous research and community-based organizations and initiatives aimed at reducing disparities in education and health. At present, as a Researcher for REVIVE working on the Black Youth Research Project (BYRP), she is ecstatic about embarking on this journey.
